National Validation Forum II - Planning Sessions

As part of the follow up to the National Validation Forum hosted by PharmOut, three National Validation Forum II – Planning Sessions will be held. The National Validation Forum’s mission is to develop a guideline for a scalable approach to equipment and process validation in the spirit of GAMP 5 for computer systems. The purpose of these breakfasts is to further discuss the way forward, culminating in the next Validation Forum scheduled for March 2012.

The focal point for these discussions will be:

  • Process & Product Criticality
  • Product/Process or Equipment Complexity
  • Product/Process or Equipment Novelty and Organisational Experience
  • Vendor Competence
  • Design Review
  • How can these factors be scaled and how do they interact to determine the required “validation effort” exerted?
